11 Mantras To Use During Anxiety Attacks

A mantra is a phrase or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation. Some of us may have them and not even realize we use them. I’ve adopted a few over the years to help ease my anxiety, re-focus my energy and come back to my moment.

Below are a few mantras that I turn to when I need to regain my footing during an anxiety attack and re-focus on my own brand of happy.
