

I talk too much. I talk about my feelings instead of feeling my feelings. I talk and write and share and release so I never have to feel. So I never have to confront what’s in my heart. I stay up inside my head so I never have to drop down into my heart. I think and talk and think and talk but I never feel.
I don’t know what work is involved to fix this. But I imagine noticing it is a good first step.
